We consult with executives or senior management on strategic decisions around software systems, software engineering and IT management. All our recommendations are made in the context of desired business outcomes (and long-term strategic aims). We also consult with and train teams of engineers on a variety of frameworks and best practices, often regarding complex single-page applications (SPAs) in JavaScript.
